The road to the campsite i.e.Wellington Rd.is best approached from Uppermill(A670)then slip road to left(Chaple Rd.)left at the bottom, past new pub (Kingfisher)then left into Wellington Rd.Please be warned if you approach from Oldham(A669 then A670)you either have a very steep hill to decend with sharp bends or a tight "U" turn at Chaple Rd.Hope this is of some help if rather long winded.Rgds.
