Dudley Doohoo (not sure of the spelling of the surname, but that's how I heard it pronounced.) My grandpa (who also once had a lawyer named Crook) told me of a fellow he met whose given names and surname were "Captain George Vancouver Wilks." ("He wasn't expected to live," another Wilks family member discreetly explained.) I remember a sweet and artistic lady with the married name Mary Christmas. I imagine men carrying surnames like Stupich would need extra charm to win their brides. I know a Mr. Allcock who legally changed his surname (taking out the first "c") upon starting a family.
