I think i must've learnt this at my primary school; it's the song my dad used to teach me hand-clapping games
version i learnt is--

In Chinatown there lives an old man
His name is Icka Racka Choo Chi Chan
His brain was big but his head was small
Poor little fella couldn't talk at all

Chorus is:
Icka racka choo chi chan chicker nora
conti nora illi willi wim
oko oko hit him on the boko
itta bo itta bo, im pim pim

His servants used to carry him about
On their backs, then he gave a shout
So when they got to the top of a hill
They rolled him down with abundant will

Chorus again

He never married, so they say
Had no wife or a wedding day
He was born on the day of his birth
But he'll die on the very last day of earth

Last chorus
