This really is such sad news. like everyone else i have really fond memories of Johnny over the years and agree that for me like, like many, Bromyard will not be the same without him.
Jim (McGeehan) I am only pleased that it was you that was with him at the end whilct he was away from Joyce - i am sure that will be a great comfort to her.
like all of you her i would like to pass on my condolences to joyce andthe family and ti Jim in losing alifelong mate.
These wors of Si Kahn's sum up all i would wish for Johnny now.

May whatever house you live in have flowers by the door
and children in the bed to keep you warm
may the people there respect you for who you really are
and help you find some shelter from the storm
And morning rain to ease the pain
