It is a big cons-piracy. All dem free range chickens crossing da road be a bigger hazard to human drivers than H5N1 avian flu carried by battery hens. There are operatives everywhere framing innocent farmyard fowl on trumped up charges. Don't think the govmint ain't getting under da table kickbacks from fried chicken outlets.
