Dear Azizi, I meant to also say that I don't know of any connections to either the slang words for being drunk or to any American product. The only faint and possibly very remote connection that I can come up with was that my late uncle used the word "Boko" to describe someone who was in a seriously drunken state. Incidentally, I'd better mention that the Irish TV puppet was never drunk ! Thats all !! Anne XX
