RE:Anything can become "nonsense" when being (intentionally?) misread. I did also say: "... by individual judgement at a distance and when dealing with various ages of technical devices". IF "individual instruments" might be compared in a meaningful way at all it better be specific instruments and judged at the same time at the same place by several investigators and according to some plan for judgement settled beforehand.Otherwise not particularly valuable.
