The Northumbria Anthology includes a recording of a song by this name: http://www.northumbriaanthology.com/songs.htm Unfortunately is it part of a 10 disc set, but it's worth having anyway. I believe Owen Brannigan has also recorded it. It's listed elsewhere, on the 'Wor Geordie Dialect' site, as composed by Jack Robson, but no sign so far of the words.
