I actually ended up having to leave the school choir cos I was crying instead of singing. Since then, I have taught myself to imagine that someone I wouldn't like to see me cry is in the room at the same time. When I do that, I might feel a bit sad but I DON'T CRY!! Why don't you try that. It works for me, especially when it's famous people!
