Plan of action for the weekend is...decorate the cake, bake the yule log and decorate it. Lunch with some good friends on Saturday. Double exercise class on Sunday, one on Monday and one on Tuesday for good measure to keep those extra lbs at bay.

Most of the presents are wrapped but it seems a never ending mountain especially as my family keep buying presents for the kids online and having them delivered to ours, although they do write out tags and send them!

At the beginning of December we made a holly wreath and a holly pentagram to go on the front door and they haven't fallen apart! Looks great!

New Years Eve gathering has been arranged. The desert part has been sorted but need to sort out lots of party food.

I managed to pull a muscle in my chest the other day picking up a very heavy bag containing lots of bottles of wine. Should have asked Paul to get it out of the boot of the car.

There is a blanket of snow outside which is making everything look pretty.
