My Mother taught me a similar version but her body parts were:

headacher (head)
brow sweater (brow)
smell sniffer (nose)
soup strainer (moustache)
food grinder (teeth/mouth)
chin chopper (chin)
air blower (chest)
belly-acher (tummy)
tummy rubber (hand)
nose picker (finger)
knee bender (knee/leg)
foot stomper (foot)

I still sing it to the kids I babysit. They love it, especially the nose picker!
