As some people have already stated, GPS will sometimes try to kill you. Mine hase directed me to drive into concrete medians. It seems they don't update changes in roads right away. Also, they don't always give you the shortest routes. Mine can be used to show you the route before you set out. I live in NJ, and in some cases, the GPS has shown me routes to other places in the same state that involve going into Pennsylvania and returning to New Jersey, as if we didn't have roads here. But mostly, I love the thing. And when it comes to finding addresses at night, when you can't read the numbers on houses, it's great.
