Hard times, hard times, and wuss a-comin' Hard Times through my poor old head keeps runnin'. I'd cotch the man that wrote that song -- To shake him well would not be wrong. I'd shake him up and shake him down -- Shake him till good times comes 'round. That comes from a Minstrel-Show play, and I learned it a while back, but now can't find it on the internet. I downloaded some pdf files of old Minstrel Show songbooks (Hooley's Opera Songster is one), but recent searches have not located my source. Does anyone have an idea where I could/should look? Thanks Bob Clayton
