Dear Azizi,

If you are still collecting kids' skipping (jump rope) rhymes, here are three I remember from a "misspent" (BG) childhood -

One, two, three
Mother caught a flea.
She put in the tea pot
To make a cup of tea.
The flea jumped out -
Mother shouted out
"Here comes a copper (police man)
With his arse hanging out!".

Red, White and Blue-
The dirty kangaroo
Went behind the dustbin
To do a number two.

(dustbin = trash can ; I don't need to explain number two, do I ?)

Red, White and Yeller
Me mother had a feller.
The feller died, me mother cried
Red, White and Yeller.

Kindest, Bryn
