Kitchen cleaned and tidied, kitchen floor swet and washed, washing drying on the line outside. Front room hoovered and dusted and all before 9am!! I'm doing well at maintaining my weight and haven't put anything on or lost anything now for 3 weeks despite the chocolate! Tomorrow is spinning class in the morning and then a girlie day with Alison shopping for new thin person clothes! Sunday is another spinning class and I might go for a run in the evening if the weather is still nice.
