GEST Origin: Lost on the Road Again (3) Lost On The Road Again 25 Apr 10

Back in the early eighties, a Mudcatter many of us remember, John Barr (aka Little John Cameron) [1943-2002] performed this song on Newfoundland Television (NTV). His performance was videotaped before a live audience and has now been made into a YouTube video by oldirishladdie to which I have transcribed the lyrics and created a song page at GEST Songs of Newfoundland and Labrador: Lost On The Road Again... Unfortunately, I cannot find the author of this song. John's wife Jacqueline and his daughter Katy tell me John is not the author. I'm seeking the author and possibly other recording data to add to my archival footnotes. Thanks in advance for your time and help. ~GEST~
