CJB,
www.concertina.com
owned by Robert Gaskins no doubt is the most comprehensive source of knowledge about (British style)concertinas.
It is very well structured, definitely is active and continually updated even though the owner may not spend a lot of time on correspondance

There is not very much to be found about Alexander Prince anywhere I am afraid but the basics are at page 119 here for example.
(Taken from the excellent treatise by Staurt Eydman):

www.concertina.org
is the website of International Concertina Association

www.concertina.net
primarily a discussion and contact forum owned by Paul Schwartz and sponsored by a number of concertina enterprises
There is a lot of information there also but somewhat unstructured and the search monitor is not very easy to use in my opinion

http://englishconcertina.ning.com
another discussion forum initiated by Dick Glasgow, gradually growing,
contributions with photos, videos nd other material from members
