Morning workout was done, feel a bit achey so probably didn't stretch enough. Yesterday I did a spinning class, 4 mile walk, then another 5 miles with Paul and the kids. Paul brought the weights in from the workshop for me so I can do some toning at home as well as the gym. I planted carrots and spinach with Harry yesterday. The sprouts are coming up well as are the leeks, broccoli and cauliflower. I'm watching the Walk the Walk website to see when the dates for next years London moonwalk are released so I can register early. Maybe one day I'll do the London Marathon but I've got alot of training to do if I do!
