I'm only laughing at the being harsh and disciplined with the material stash....it'll never happen, you're too much like me in that respect. I've got bags of wool and material I can't bring myself to throw out as they may well come in useful in the future! Well done Liz on getting back on track with the eating plan. The Yoga will help too. I bet you feel much better for sleeping longer and with lessened chest pains. Looking forward to catching up with you over the weekend.....I'll pack the gin!! I did a 4 mile walk last night, an hours body pump class followed by an hours step aerobics......and an asthma attack! I needed 2 nebulisers but I'm ok now just a bit breathless and tired. No exercise classes for me for a week :-(
