Hi there, I've been learning irish bouzouki for nearly six months, having played guitar semi-professionally for over 15 years. I only mention the guitar thing so you know I'm not a complete beginner! I'm mostly interested in traditional English tunes but I've got pretty broad tastes so I'm happy to give anything a go. Having played in bands before, it feels weird playing on my own so I wondered whether there's anyone in East Yorks at a similar level to me (or an astonishingly patient virtuoso!) at any instrument who'd appreciate someone to practice with?
