i really do not understand what your problem is in previous years you get a flyer telling you that the programme is printed and what to do to get one or when you arrive you get with your season ticket a programme. The people who run whitby do it as a hobby they have jobs during the day there are loads of events to fit in during the day and not have artists running about.
If you wish to pay the correct price for the postage then wait adding a fiver onto the season ticket price may be to much for some people who have to scrimp and save to afford to go.
