Mine was a Jeep Wrangler. They looked so cool, and Wrangler owners wave to each other on the road, so it seems like you're joining a club that doesn't have any specific rules as to membership, except for the car. It lasted me 10 years and 200,000 miles, but in the end, with repairs, I think I paid twice what it originally cost, and in the end, had so many things wrong with it that my mechanic couldn't fix that I had to replace it. I don't recommend Wranglers, regardless of how much fun they are to drive.
