I was Bonnie Kolok's first accompanist. We were top billed at the late, lamented Chicago club, 'The Earl of Old Town' for a total of about 16 weeks. We also played at the 'Club Improv' in New York City. We played Stevie Goodman's "Song for David' on WFMT, Chicago public radio. Stevie and I created the guitar accompaniment during time spent sitting on his hospital bed at the Sloan Kettering Memorial Cancer Institute. It was the first broadcast of any of his songs. Unfortunately, I have no recordings left from that period. My extensive vinyl collection was lost in a flood. Ray Frank
