I remember it. It's the Limeliters' song, with the lead sung by Red Grammer and with Alex Hassilev and Lou Gottlieb on harmonies. The chorus went something like this: The earth was in her body, the sun (?) was in her eyes. She was warmer than a small-town Georgia evening in July. The sweetest taste of heaven that I'd ever laid eyes on. She moved past and just as fast was gone. She loved me like an eagle loves the wind he soars upon. Apparently it was written by one Byron Walls, but I can't find the lyrics on Google or a performance on YouTube. The title is "She Loved Me Like an Eagle".
