Alas, those prices are pretty reasonable compared with what you could pay in the middle of London, where a couple of weeks ago I was asked for £3.60 for a pint of beer... Last weekend I was charged £3.30 for less than a pint of ginger beer at the pub in Towersey. Being locked in the loo is not our fault, but we do know a song about it! Still, a fine chance to have a chat, listen to some music and chill. Sorry I didn't sing anything but after a weekend at Towersey, it's amazing I still have any voice left!
