"iontach ar fad!" is equivalent to "Excellent!" or, perhaps better, "Wonderful!" i.e. enthusiastic approval. "Réitím" (note the accents - for those who see them correctly given my lazy insertion!) means "I agree", or thereabouts. The usage is a bit colloquial - I reckon the sense is close to "Agreed" - " or "Settled -" .
