If you have a full club, maybe, you have got a good mix already. If you allow everyone to have a go, you engender a feeling of togetherness and social interaction, These are the best kinds of evenings, as far as I am concerned. If, however, you pick and choose, you introduce a form of control based on one person's opinion. This will always bring about disagreement and disharmony, in my experience. In effect, you affirm the superiority of some, at the expense of others. Personally, I would prefer not to belong to a club such as that.
