Great sea music concert coming up this weekend (Saturday, November 20): Jimmy Crowley, from CO. Cork, Ireland, performing with mandolin player extraordinaire Marla Fibish, aboard the historic full-rigged ship Balclutha, Hyde Street Pier, San Francisco. Concert, 8pm to around 10pm. Tickets: $14. Tickets available online at http://www.maritime.org/store/Tickets.htm, or at the Maritime Store, 415-775-2665, or in person at the store, located at the entrance to Hyde Street Pier. Jimmy Crowley has been a central figure in the Irish music scene for many years. He brings with him a host of rare, romantic songs of the sea.
