Su-Chong Lim (songwriter in Calgary) added a verse about the Chinese. I can't vouch for exact wording, and I may be missing a couple of lines, but it goes something like this:To build the railway, those CP stoolies Imported thousands of cheapie coolies; But the buggers stayed here, now they've got it made here, In this land that's made for you and me. This land is your land, this land is my land, This [missing words] lands; We may talk funny, but we've got all your money, In this land that's made for you and me. Non-Chinese might find it difficult to pull off without running foul of PC, but when Su-Chong does it, it's hilarious.
