"Take a block of Philly Cream Cheese, freeze totally solid. Then chip/shatter pieces off. It becomes very brittle, so if you use a knife the right way, you can break nice squarish lumps off. Eat while solid - a sort of sour ice cream taste." Wouldn't it be easier to chop it into cubes BEFORE you freeze it? Or am I missing something here...
