muppett new session @ The Castle, Bradford (7) new session @ The Castle, Bradford 16 Dec 10

Hiya,
The Landlord of the Castle in Bradford (West Yorks) is keen to get live music up and running again on a regular basis in the new year. So he's asked me to put the word out. The Format of it is still to be decided, but in order to get things going, I've suggested something on the lines of an Open aacoustic session and he's up for that, Then once it's got established look at having one off concerts in between the sessions.

We are looking at doing it on Friday nights starting in January kicking off around 8.30pm.

For those of you that don't know it. The Pub is in the Centre of Bradford and regularly has 4 different guest real ales on sale along with 2 rugulars (been in the National CAMERA good beer guide for the past few years). Paul, the landlord is also an establish Singer and Musician and has his own band which performs Traditional Indian Folk music around Yorkshire.

The style of music doesn't just have to be folk, anything goes, we just want folk to come down, meet up have pint (or several) and share and enjoy the songs and music.

For further info. send us a PM.

And on a seperate subject, hope those of you that celebrate Christmas have a good un and I hope to see a lot of you in the new festival season next year.

Cheers

Muppett
(Keep the music alive & live)
