Some people are better at dealing with complaints than others. My daughter worked briefly for a supermarket chain, and they tried to persuade her to join the customer services team - dealing with complaints - until she threatened to wear her tee-shirt which read 'Do I look like a f*ing people person?' Oddly enough, the little old ladies on the checkouts loved her.

Back to the Main Forum Page
