Long Black Veil is my much-loved country song, but how about honouring my favourite country songwriter, Mary-Chapin Carpenter? The Moon And St Christopher and Stones In The Road - absolutely exquisite! And I have to thank Iain Matthews for pointing out the Steve Gillette song Darcy Farrow - a true, heart-breaking tale of two lovers whose lives were shattered when Darcy was thrown by a horse. All those who have not heard Steve Gillette and Sindy Mangsen playing - you must freakin' see them! Mind you, my all-time favourite country title was: Take Your Tongue Out Of My Mouth, Babe, I'm Kissin' You Goodbye...
