Well, I see a massive double standard. How many months was that potatoe thing in the news? About six, and it's still talked about. Most people never even heard about Al Gore's "many from one" speech. How long was "corpse-man" in the news? Many never heard about it, and NONE of the mainstream media said it showed ignorance on the part of the speaker.

This Schumer thing happened yesterday. Show me where CNN or the New York Times or the Washington Post or MSNBC are talking about it. Here's a CNN story about Schumer's "GOP is playing with fire" talk where he said it--no mention of the three-branches blunder.

I'm not criticising Schumer, who yes, should know better, but the media.
