Thanks, yes, I have had difficulty finding pics of some of the older Topic locations:

1959: Fox and Goose, Canal Road
1963-1968: Sun Inn, Sunbridge Road
1968/9 (6 weeks only): Market Tavern, Godwin Street
1969 : The Ukrainian Club and the Rawson Hotel

Here's a list of all of them with links to pics where available.


At the 50th anniversary in 1956 The Topic made a T-shirt, the back of which was like a band tour T-shirt, only this was all the venue locations of The Topic (up to then) as if a 50-yr tour of Bradford.

NB the page linked to is old and I am not sure if there are actually any T-shirts left.
