Writing future trad. songs sounds a risky preoccupation, like designing a classic car that ends up looking like a Nissan Figaro, all styling cues and nothing from its time. More likely are songs that don't sound like folk or even 'acoustic' but fit the definition of traditional and will dwell in the lives of the people in future times.
