Ull council today anounced that they are not funding the shanty festival this year. It has been going for twenty plus years, it is another victim of this goverments wish to stop anything that people enjoy. I can see though that the publicans of ull will most proberbly put on an unoficial festival. Well the thought of all that beer going unsold will send shivers down thier spines.
