Done and Dusted. A few years ago, at Whitby Festival, I heard Dave Arthur give a brilliant hour-long talk about his research into the life and work of Bert Lloyd. It convinced me that this book will be an entertaining read, as well as a major contribution to scholarship, and I've been waiting impatiently to buy it ever since. If you aren't sure why we do need a good biography of Bert, just look at some of the threads about him on this forum. Everybody, please pile in and support Anne Beech now! Wassail!
