I think laundromats are the best place to take magazines, a few handfuls at a time. They entertain and perhaps inform the people there and the good ones get taken home. I think taking to a doctor's office is iffy because so many have been taken into bathrooms..but that does not seem to be so bad in a laundromat setting. mg
