I d/l the one by Lee Morse, which is only 766K but the audio quality on it is dreadful. (Too bad, as it's a decent perf, with clearly enunciated lyrics and she's acc by a very good flatpicking guitarist.) She sings the two verses and I think the first 3 choruses. The Louis Armstrong version evidently has a vocal but I don't know about any of the others. Lyrics and melody are completely unrelated but Leadbelly did a "Fort Worth and Dallas Blues" in 1935 which kicks off with "I've got the Fort Worth Blues and the Dallas heart disease."
