I've just been watching the film "Babe" (about a sheep-pig, as no doubt you remember. There's a song in it which I've always heard was a Shaker hymn - "If I could make a day for you I'd bring you a morning golden and new..." but I see the tune is credited to St Saens. Does anyone know the story of the song/hymn?
