Err yes, the 'incursion' was that of Argentinia, which is why the piece correctly states that the island was being "occupied" by Argentinia (despite claims of sovereignty). What a peculiar example to give. Otherwise it seems the biggest fans of such incursions are the US & Israel, and the KGB, and some fascists.
