I don't think it's similar to Waltons or, at an earlier stage Nugents. I'm pretty certain to have seen such things, especially since Joybell describes the output as 'prolific'. I suspect it's an American printing house.
By the way, if you go to the Irish Traditional Music Archive Website you will find that they have digitised a tranche of early twentieth century song books by Nugents. www.itma.ie
