I think Harvey Dufflebag is very close... but maybe... Been used to eatin' pokechops (and eatin' salt), or (and even salt) both of which would give the listener an inclination into the story tellers previous state of having some money. then... I Met a woman (just a pigmeat her), or (dressed in big mink fur).. either one could've been a hooker! but I think it's about the mink! The rest sounds right to me. The only other possibility is in the last line, another reasonable option... Didn't even holler and didn't get sore.
