It's usually whistle and flute for suit, but I guess weasel could be a corruption of that. A 'monkey', by the way, was apparently London slang for a money note - the term originated with the Army in India, where the 500 rupee note had the picture of a monkey on it. The meaning of that verse seems to be that the day's takings are lying on the table, until the young man with his stick 'knocks it off' and goes down the pub. Makes as much sense as anything, I suppose. Andrew
