SRS, the kettle isn't the sort you mean- it is the sort with a spout. However, I do have a very large jam pan (maslin pan) which comes in handy for boiling big stuff, and have been considering whether or not I need to get what we call a stock pot - a wide, and very deep, lidded pan. (I probably don't). However, it would perhaps boil more easily.

Half a pound off at the weigh-in. That's more than I'd hoped for! I am going to try and make a big effort this week. (If I ever get that cooker up and running, it will make a difference!)
