That Brenda Spencer now tries to claim Intoxication as her defense shows her time has been spent becoming a "jailhouse lawyer", in her own defense anyway, but she can't show the nesc. element of intoxication defense, that it was ingested by her w/o or against her knowledge. Knowingly taking drugs and then claiming intox as a defense is not allowed by the American criminal court system. As for the guy who wrote a song immortalizing her actions, well some of us lack tact.
