Looks like Mr Guitar Junction Owner (aka Mr John Derek Walford - born in Brighton 1957) may need to use the proceeds of selling "GUEST's" guitar to make a contribution under section 214 (1).

Its amazing what you can find out using this interweb thingy. What I'd like to know is whether the sale of GUEST's guitar/retention of proceeds can be considered an intention to permanently deprive in which case, he could be accused of its theft.

Whilst we're on the subject of dodgy music shops, does anyone know what eventually happened to Messrs Harrisson from Doncaster?
