I'm looking for additional information on "Come All You Bold Canadians" (Laws A22) as it appears on pages 272-274 of this book.

For anyone who has a copy they can put their hands on, does Doerflinger mention anything about his source for this song, and if so, is there any info on the singer, year collected, location, etc?
