Right I live in EAST LONDON and I teach rock folk acoustic blues jazz flamenco and piano bass and singing There are versatile guitarists who can do this Try the Registry of Guitar Tutors I do not know any teacher who can make you play like the artists listed above as they have their own styles. I suggest that developing your own style instead of being a pale imitation of an established artist is a better idea
